DIY Vinegar Principle
Use naturally brewed pure Brown Rice Vinegar – excellent aroma, rich in nutrients.Choose seasonal fruit but not canned or dried fruit.If water cleaning is necessary, dry naturally by air.Ceramic or glass container should be used instead of plastic one.Sugar and fruit should be added in layer alternately for even mixing. Brown sugar is less sweet than general sugar but with its better nutrients, it could be considered.Utensils should be dry to avoid water causing deterioration. Metal utensil may react with vinegar, better use wooden or ceramic one in handling vinegar.Keep in cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.In case of strange colour and taste, stop taking.
Garlic Vinegar
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Garlic 500 g ■ MethodTake off the garlic skin, clean and then air-dry. Put garlic into glass container evenly.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely.Cover tightly for 2 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful garlic vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Enhance Immunity, Constipation, Joint Pain, Prevent Cancer, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Improve Blood Sugar, Flu, Obesity, Good Sleeping, Skin Care■ Remark In case of stinky smell, do not take. For stomach ulcer people, do not take with empty stomach.
Vinegar Soybean
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Organic Soybean 500 g■ MethodClean the soybean with water, then air-dry. Fry without oil in a dry pan for 10 - 15 minutes until the skin cracks without blackening the skin.After cool down, put the soybean into a glass container.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely.When the soybean absorbs the vinegar, the vinegar level will decrease below the soybean level, add vinegar again.Soak for 7 - 10 days.
■ Recommended Use Morning and night, each 5 - 10 pcs. May eat piece by piece, or add into rice, noodle, congee, salad. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Obesity, Improve Skin, Anti-aging, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Improve Blood Sugar■ Remark Soybean will swell in vinegar. Black bean and red bean can also be soaked.
Egg Vinegar
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 200 ml Fresh Egg 1 pc ■ MethodClean the egg with water and then air-dry. Put the egg into a glass container.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely.Cover the container tightly for 48 hours in dark cool place. Egg shell will then be softened. Use chopstick to break & take away the egg skin.Stir the egg with chopstick and completely mix with vinegar.Cover tightly in fridge for 24 hours.
■ Recommended Use 3 - 4 teaspoonful egg vinegar, 1 teaspoonful honey (not for diabetes people), together mix with a glass of warm water.2 times daily, take it at 30 minutes after meal■ Advantage / Suitable For Improve Blood Sugar, Anti-aging, Enhance Immunity, Joint Pain, Obesity, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Constipation, Fatigue■ Remark Store the well soaked egg vinegar below 10 ℃. For stomach ulcer people, do not take with empty stomach. Dilute 10 times with water and drink with care. Egg Vinegar is a traditional health food. But nowadays, an raw egg soaking may get infection of various bacterias and viruses, such as Salmonella & Avian Influenza Virus. Must beware.
Honey Vinegar
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar Natural Honey ■ Method 1 - 2 teaspoonful honey, 2 - 3 teaspoonful vinegar, together mix with a glass of cold or warm water.■ Recommended Use Morning and night, each 1 glass■ Advantage / Suitable For Obesity, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Anti-aging, Constipation, Skin Care, Good Sleeping■ Remark Honey and vinegar ratio can be adjusted.
Milk Vinegar ■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 20 ml Fresh Milk 200 ml ■ Method Add 20 ml natural brown rice vinegar into a glass first, then add 200 ml fresh milk. Stir with a spoon until it becomes yogurt form.■ Recommended Use 1 glass in the morning■ Advantage / Suitable For Pollen Allergy, Fatigue, Good For Growing Child■ Remark For severe pollen allergy, vinegar ratio can be slightly higher and 1 more glass in the evening. Honey can be added according to own taste.
Lemon Vinegar
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Fresh Lemon 1000 g Brown Sugar 200 g■ MethodClean the lemon with water and then air-dry. Cut it into slices. Put lemon and sugar into a glass container evenly.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely. Cover tightly.During soaking, stir occasionally for melting the sugar.Take away the lemon pieces after 30 days to avoid bitterness.Soak for about 60 days until the sugar melts completely.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful lemon vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Constipation, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Prevent Flu, Good Sleeping, Skin Care, Anti-aging■ Remark There may be slight bitter taste. Mixing with honey can adjust the taste. Excellent cool drink for summer.
Olive Vinegar■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Fresh Olive 600 g Brown Sugar 200 g■ MethodClean the olive with water and then air-dry. Put olive and sugar into a glass container evenly.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely. Cover tightly.Soak for 6 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful olive vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Constipation, Good Sleeping, Skin Care, Anti-aging■ Remark Mixing with honey can give a good taste. Excellent cool drink for summer. Black olive is better.
Greater Burdock Vinegar■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Greater Burdock 600 g Brown Sugar 200 g■ MethodClean the greater burdock with water and then air-dry. Cut into slices.Mix the greater burdock with sugar evenly in a glass container.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely. Cover tightly.Soak for 2 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful greater burdock vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Prevent Flu, Urinate Smoothly, High Cholesterol
Grape Vinegar
■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Fresh Grape 800 g■ MethodClean the grape with water and then air-dry. Put the grape into a glass container without taking off the skin.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely. Soak for 2 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful grape vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Constipation, Good Sleeping, Skin Care, Anti-aging, Antioxidant, Prevent Flu■ Remark Grape stalk should be removed during cleaning.
Starfruit Vinegar■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Fresh Starfruit 1200 g■ MethodClean the starfruit with water and then air-dry. Cut into slices.Put the starfruit into a glass container without taking away the seed.Add vinegar and it should cover the ingredient completely. Soak for 2 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful starfruit vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. ■ Advantage / Suitable For Sore Throat, Constipation, Skin Care, Prevent Flu■ Remark Choose the sour starfruit. The more sour, the better it is.
Rosemary Vinegar■ Ingredient Natural Brown Rice Vinegar 900 ml Fresh Rosemary Leaf 500 g■ MethodClean the rosemary leaf with water and then air-dry. Put the leaf into a glass container. Add vinegar and it should cover the leaf completely to avoid becoming moldy. Cover tightly.Soak for 2 months.
■ Recommended Use Add 2 - 3 teaspoonful rosemary vinegar into 200 ml cold or warm water. Morning and night, each 1 glass. Excellent for salad dressing.■ Advantage / Suitable For Relief of Headache, Improve Digestion, Beauty Care, Anti-aging, Antioxidant■ Rosemary Bath Add fresh rosemary leaves and 40 ml rosemary vinegar into bath tub with warm water. Bath for 20 minutes. Refreshing, relaxing, disinfecting, skin caring. |
