Hong Kong's first Mooncake Wellington presented by Phoebe's Kitchen, a savoury mooncake that contains the ingredients of a classic Beef or Salmon Wellington, while preserving the shape of a traditional Chinese mooncake. Celebrate this year's Moon Festival with our unorthodox savoury mooncakes.

Mooncake Wellington - Beef (BEST SELLER)

A juicy beef tenderloin is wrapped in a crispy pastry. This meaty mooncake contains all the classic ingredients of a British Beef Wellington, including Parma ham, white mushrooms, foie gras and black truffle sauce.

Mooncake Wellington - Salmon (NEW!)

A seafood and cheese lovers' dream. Paired with creamed spinach, buffalo mozzarella and parmesan, this mooncake is stuffed with a pink salmon fillet for the taste of the ocean.

The Birth of Mooncake Wellington

A few months into the lockdown in 2020, face-to-face classes at university were suspended, so I spent most time at home cooking up a storm in the kitchen and also started my foodie blog, Phoebe’s Kitchen. I shared dishes from different countries but there was one dish I shared that people on the internet were fondly attracted to, the Mooncake Wellington. Astonished by how well the idea was received, I decided to take a gap year from university to launch this product together with the support from my loving family (thank you!!). We are now returning for the second year where you will find us both online, and hopefully some other physical pop-up stores around Hong Kong during the Mid-Autumn Festival period!
